  4. Caledonia Oldtimers Hockey Association will be creating and releasing a detailed Season Plan for the 2021-22 season in response to the current situation with the COVID pandemic.  This plan has been developed in an effort to allow hockey to be played and help keep our members safe.  By registering in the Caledonia Oldtimers Hockey Association for the 2021-22 season, the expectation is that all players will adhere to the rules and policies laid out by the Province, County, Local Public Health Office, CARHA and the Association itself.  Failure to comply with these rules can result in players receiving warnings and or removal from the league without refund.

Caledonia Oldtimers Hockey Association reserves the right to change these policies without notice.  The pandemic is a fluid situation that changes so rapidly that these policies and procedures have been created at a moment in time based on the current conditions in the community.  The league reserves the right to change and or implement new policies and or procedures at anytime, so that we may stay current with situation and adhere to requirements placed upon our league.

These policies will be posted on the Association's website along with policies from CARHA and Haldimand County.

Attendance for Contract Tracing purposes and Health Screening are a mandatory step the Caledonia Oldtimers Hockey Association must complete in order to participate in ice hockey this season.

The TeamSnap App will be used by all Full Time players to confirm attendance and complete a health screening questionnaire prior to each game.

ust sign in on the App prior to entering the arena
    - All Players

For our Spare Players, the COVID Screening Form is found on our website at 2021-22 COVID Health Screen.  All spare players must fill this out prior to playing a game.  As there is no way to have this completed on TeamSnap, using our website is the only method for confirming a Spare Player is fit to play.

Should a Spare Player take a full time spot during the course of the Season, they will be signed up on the TeamSnap App and will be required to use the TeamSnap as indicated above.
