NEW DIVISIONS FOR 2024-2025 SEASON
New for the 2024-25 Season, we are moving to Two New Divisions:
- Oldtimers Division - 35+
- Master Division 50+
Oldtimers Division - 35+
- Geared towards Skaters aged 35 before the final day of the season (April 11, 2025)
- Geared towards Goalies aged 30 before the final day of the season (April 11, 2025)
- Players between the age of 50 and 60 may sign up for this division if they choose
- Any player aged 60 and older will require league permission to join this division - please contact Andrew Guidolin (see Board of Directors for contact information) if you want to be considered in this case.
Oldtimers Division - 50+
- Geared towards Skaters and Goalies aged 50 before the final day of the season (April 11, 2025)
- Players between the age of 50 and up may sign up for this division
- Any player younger than 45 will require league permission to join this division - please contact Andrew Guidolin (see Board of Directors for contact information) if you want to be considered in this case.
Will the League move me into the other Division?
The Caledonia Oldtimers Hockey Association, their Executive and Team Representatives reserve the right to decide the eligibility of all players and which divisions that they are suitable and eligible to play in. Players may be assigned to a division that they do not register for. All decisions of which division a player can play in will be considered final.
Players who do not accept the decision of the league with respect to the division that they are eligible to play in will not be subject to play in the league and will be refunded per our

NEW GAME TIMES FOR 2024-2025 SEASON
We have new ice times this season.
- Monday Nights @ 9:10pm/9:30pm/10:10pm
- Wednesday Nights @ 9:30pm/10:30pm
There will be a rotating schedule every week. Some weeks you will play on Monday nights and other weeks your games will be Wednesday nights

**GOALIE REGISTRATION**:
Goalies Spots will not be confirmed by registration. Goalies will be selected by the Executive and Teams Reps in late August, early September - we will select goalies as soon as possible to give goalies as much notice as we can.
- We will open 10 spots in the Oldtimers Division (30+) for goalies to sign up.
- We will open 6 Spots in the Masters Division (50+) for goalies to sign up.
- Registration is not first come first serve.
- 6 Goalies will be offered full time spots in the Oldtimers Division (30+)
- 4 Goalies will be offered full time spots in the Masters Division (50+)
- Goalies will be selected and offered spots by the league. All remaining goalies may choose to spare for the league.
Registration Fees are not due for Goalies until they have been offered a Spot by the Caledonia Oldtimers Executive. The Registration Fee will be $425 minus the $50 deposit, not including payment service fees.
The $50 Fee is a Deposit for the season to confirm your interest in playing in the league. This fee will be fully refunded if you do not receive a full time spot in the league.
Please understand that by registering you are not guaranteed a spot in the Caledonia Oldtimers Hockey Association for the 2024-25 season.

REGISTRATION FEES:
Registration Fees for Caledonia Oldtimers Hockey for the 2024-2025 Season as are Follows:
Skaters - $525, does not include Processing Fees*
Goalies - $425, does not include Processing Fees*
*Processing Fees are charged directly to the Players based on their method of payment and do not come to the league. The processing fee will change slightly depending on whether you pay in full or you pay by installments.
SPARES FEES:
There is a $30 fee for registering as a Spare (includes Processing Fees*)
Spares will only pay a fee when they are called up and participate in a game due to a shortage of players for a specific game.
The Spares List is also used as our wait list to offer players full time spots when players drop out due to injury or cannot play for other reasons.
Spares Fees/Game - $20/Game
Fees will be E-Transferred to the League Spares Coordinator prior to Game Time
Spares Goalies Fees/Game - No Charge
PAYMENT METHOD:
Skaters - All registration fees will be due immediately upon completion of the online registration form. Our registration form will automatically take you to the payment page for the registration Fee. You will have the choice of paying in full or in four installments.
Goalies - See Above Section Regarding Goalies and Payment of Deposit and Fees. Our registration form will automatically take you to the payment page for the registration deposit.
Spares - Spares Fees of $30 will be due immediately upon completion of the online registration form. Our registration form will automatically take you to the payment page for the registration Fee.
Spares Game Fees will be E-Transferred to the League Spares Coordinator prior to Game Time
EARLY/LATE FEES: We no longer will have any early or late fees for our league.
