  4. By registering in the Caledonia Oldtimers Hockey Association for the 2022-23 season, the expectation is that all players will adhere to the rules and policies laid out by the Province, County, Local Public Health Office, CARHA and the Association itself.  Failure to comply with these rules can result in players receiving warnings and or removal from the league without refund.

While there are currently no COVID related restrictions to play in our league, we will have to comply with all requirements put in place by the Federal Government, Province, County, Local Public Health Office and CARHA. These requirements are subject to change at any time during the season and our league has not choice but to abide by any changes these bodies put in place.  This could include the requirement of vaccination in order to play.

Caledonia Oldtimers Hockey Association reserves the right to change these policies without notice.  The pandemic is a fluid situation that changes so rapidly that these policies and procedures have been created at a moment in time based on the current conditions in the community.

These policies will be posted on the Association's website along with policies from CARHA and Haldimand County.

All policy changes will be distributed to the league immediately upon receiving board approval.

All policy changes resulting from directives from the province, county, local public health office or any other governing authority shall be effective immediately.  These will be distributed to the league immediately upon receiving.
