Changes for the 2024-25 Season

Hello Everyone,

There are many changes coming to our league, so we wanted to provide you a quick rundown of what you can expect to see for the upcoming 2024-25 Caledonia Oldtimers Hockey Season.

We are moving to two divisions this fall (as a one year trial run).
- Oldtimers (35+) and Masters Divisions (50+)
- The full details of the changes are included in the attachment, please read these in detail.
We have settled on a permanent weekend for our Finals night with the County – it will be in mid April.
- This year it will be April 11th
- Again, more details in the attached
Due to the mid April Finals Date and the new divisions, the season will be a few weeks longer, which means a little more hockey
- This will also allow us to have a new playoff format
Website
- Until now, we have been using one website (SportsHeadz) and a different App (TeamSnap)
- To ease the administrative burden on our league, we are going to move everything to TeamSnap
- Once up and running, the website will have a new look at feel
- With this change, Registration has been delayed.

We hope that these changes result in an improved experience for our players and growth to our league, offering a local hockey experience for more players.
